Jake graduated from the University of Brighton in 2019; following university Jake completed all of the core Physiotherapy rotations, including, Major Trauma and orthopaedics, neurology, and cardiorespiratory, before specialising in MSK (musculoskeletal). Jake completed these rotations across many hospital locations including Cardiff, Brighton, and most recently Worthing.

Jake has a special interest in treating shoulder pain and dysfunctions, spinal pain, and lower limb injuries, including those of traumatic and post-surgical onset. He currently works within the NHS as a senior MSK physiotherapist, where he works alongside some of the regional specialists, gaining valuable knowledge.

Jake uses a multifactorial approach to treatment, including the use of hands-on therapy alongside exercise prescription to help return people to their normal function. Jake is also a Sports Massage Therapist.

Jake enjoys being very active including playing rugby, attending the gym and cycling. Having had a few injuries along the way, he is very passionate about returning people back to the sports and activities that they love.
