Claire Yuill graduated from Kings College London with a degree in Physiotherapy in 1998. She worked in the NHS up to Senior levels, then moved into Private practice in London, before heading to the South Coast, becoming a mum of two, and founding Sussex Physio Pilates.
As a POGP member and qualified Practitioner of APPI Clinical Pilates, AACP Acupuncture and The Mummy MOT ® System, Claire has special interests in the assessment and treatment of postural issues, female pelvic dysfunctions/health, functional postnatal recovery and lower limb issues including knee pain/surgery.
Her approach is holistic; combining manual Physiotherapy techniques with a Clinical Pilates and practical exercise approach to empower her clients back to everyday functional fitness.
Claire regularly attends courses and lectures to further her knowledge, and bring patients the latest developments in care. She has also guest lectured at Brighton University on women’s health.
